1. The service
PSAX provides digital tools that help local businesses publish merchant pages and manage products, services, customer relationships, promotions, and related operations.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and have authority to act for any business you connect to PSAX. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Merchant responsibility
Merchants remain responsible for their products, services, pricing, availability, customer promises, taxes, consumer-law obligations, and published business information. PSAX is not the seller of a merchant's goods or services.
4. Payments
Where online payment is available, payments are processed by the identified payment provider under its terms. PSAX does not hold merchant funds. Charges, settlement timing, disputes, and payment availability may depend on the provider and merchant account status.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use PSAX for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, or deceptive activity; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or publish content you do not have the right to use.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep PSAX available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features or these terms and will provide notice where required.
